Every project is unique, however a full service architectural project typically moves through three major phases:
Design, Development & Delivery
Below is a brief overview of what each of these phases looks like.
We can work together for the complete journey, or by individual phases depending on what your project requires.
Phase 01:
Design
Where it all begins. Before detailed drawings or permits, we explore the feel, style, and life you want your home to hold.
Through workshops and shared exploration, we shape a design direction that's unmistakably yours, grounded in your site and your life. From here we can also get a sense of where the construction budget is heading.

We begin with a briefing workshop, time spent understanding the project on a deeper level.
We then measure up the existing house, prepare an accurate drawings package, and investigate the planning controls, setting a solid foundation for what comes next.

You'll finish this stage with resolved floor plans, 3D massing studies, an initial material palette, and a clear architectural direction ready to take forward.
Phase 02:
DEVELOPment
The design is taking shape, now we bring a new level of refinement. Materials, colours, finishes, and every space get locked in, with consultants on board to make sure it all works together.
Nothing moves to approvals until you've signed off with confidence.

Concepts become refined CAD drawings, with interior view with material and fixture selections, and 3D imagery so you can see exactly how your finished home will look and feel.

We compile the full architectural package, coordinate specialist consultant reports, and lodge your Development Application, acting as your point of contact throughout the assessment process.
Phase 03:
DELIVERY
A complete, coordinated drawing set, so you know what you're getting. This gives you the best chance to ensure you’re vision is achieved and allows you to obtain accurate and detailed contractor pricing.
You're designing with your architect, not working it out with the builder on site.

A full technical drawing set coordinated with all consultants and ready for your building permit.

We manage the quoting process, prepare tender documents, field builder queries, and review submissions so you can select the right contractor with clarity.

We stay by your side throughout the build, monitoring design compliance, managing variations, and making sure the finished home reflects the design you signed off on.
